PHP Rainwater Systems are supplied in 4 components.

A survey is ideally carried out at the design stage in order to provide optimum routes for pipework and the most suitable position for the holding tank. Systems are supplied and delivered to site with instructions to ensure easy installation.

PUMP   FITTINGS
Ebara Multigo M40-08 or M40-06 with rubber feet, outlet connection to 1 inch hose.
Flexible hose that can be cut to length to suit tank depth.
Tank outlet assembly comprising hose connection, elbow, camlock QR connection, non-return valve and connection to 25mm MDPE pipe.
Inlet Filter.
Mounting for level sensor.
15m power cable fitted.
Lifting cord.
Pump and fittings are all in rust-free materials (stainless steel, brass, plastic).

WATER STORAGE TANK
We offer a range of tanks for easy underground installation. The need for a concrete
surround will depend on site conditions. PHP Rainwater Systems Ltd will be pleased
to carry out a site survey to ensure that the size and position of the tank are best
suited to the individual installation. Tanks are delivered to site ready to install.

PRIMARY FILTER
Thr primary filter is designed to remove any leaves, moss and general debris which
may be carried as far as the storage tank. For domestic installations, the filter will be
mounted in the tank access chamber which means only one manhole is required for
the whole system. Filters are essentially self-cleaning and will only need occasional inspection to remove any trapped debris.

CONTROL SYSTEM
The control unit is an attractive, fully enclosed, wall-mounting cabinet constructed in rust-free GRP. The front of the unit is a hinged, lockable panel with a toughened glass panel, giving a clear view of the system indicator lights. It requires no regular maintenance or adjustment. The large opening front panel gives easy access for wiring and pipework connections.

The level sensor probe informs the control unit if rainwater is unavailable and automatically switches the system to mains water. It is accurate to within 2mm and ensures that mains water usage is kept to a minimum. It is supplied with 15m of cable and carries a very low voltage. It should be mounted on the pump with the fixing provided. The cable should be connected into the control unit.

A one inch inline filter with 120 micron mesh is supplied for fitting into the pumped water line. The mesh can be cleaned and re-used indefinitely.

Control Panel

The PHP Rainwater Systems control unit is an attractive, wall-mounting enclosure. It houses the complete system and is delivered ready to fit in a kitchen, utility room or garage. It requires no attention apart from occasional cleaning of the filter. Indicator lights show the system status. There is no need for extra valves or filters.

The pump and level sensor is supplied as an integral unit with all the fittings required to install in the tank.
The leaf filter is ready to fit into the predrilled holes in the tank and is ready to accept standard
110mm drainage pipes.

Low maintenance pump

All you will need to do is connect up the pipework and cables and the system is ready to go.
